How to Play What’s the Good Word?
FAQs
-
Use your best judgement if a word is close enough to count. Generally, if its a different conjugation or if the guess contains the GOOD or BAD word, it will be considered as saying that word. For example, LEMONADE would count for LEMON, and GROWLING would count for GROWL. However, HAT would not count as saying HARDHAT since HAT does not fully contain the compound word HARDHAT.

You can if you want to! Just remember that since you cannot explain your hints, your teammate(s) will not necessarily understand that you are trying to rhyme. They won’t know whether the hint rhymes or if it has some other meaning!

Remember the game is just for fun, so there is no rush. But if play slows too much, I recommend having a 30-second timer on a phone nearby. Start the countdown whenever someone is thinking too long and hard!
